مراحل ساخت ، انتقال و نصب سکوی اسپار ۳۵۰۰۰ تنی Lucius در خلیج مکزیک

میدان نفتی Lucius در سال ۲۰۰۹ در خلیج مکزیک با  ۳۰۰ میلیون بشکه برآورد نفت قابل برداشت  کشف شد.

عمق آب این میدان ۷۰۰۰ فوت است ،  بهترین گزینه برای بهره برداری و استخراج نفت در این عمق استفاده از سکوی اسپاراست . فلولاین ها و کابل های کنترل از اسپار به منیفولدی که در کف دریا نصب شده است متصل شده و نفت و گاز را از منیفولد به اسپار منتقل می کنند .
این سکو شامل سه بخش اصلی بوده و در مجموع وزن آن بالغ بر ۳۵۰۰۰ تن می باشد.

این بخش ها شامل :

الف) استوانه پایه به وزن ۲۵۰۰۰ تن
ب)   ماژول های فرآیندی دک اصلی به وزن ۱۰۰۰۰ تن
ج)   بخش مسکونی به وزن ۷۵۰ تن

پایه استوانه ایی سکوی  اسپار در فنلاند و در یارد شرکت Anadarko  با همکاری شرکت تکنیپ ساخته شد . در حالیکه محل ساخت دک اصلی و سکوی اسکان آن در تگزاس بود. استوانه ۲۵۰۰۰ تنی اسپار پس از اتمام ، مسیر ۷۰۰۰ مایلی فنلاند تا تگزاس را بر دوش شناور داک وایز طی کرد. در تگزاس ، استوانه از دوش داک وایز برداشته و آماده انتقال به محل نصب به روش Floating شد. در زیر کلیپ مراحل ساخت و انتقال و همچنین راه اندازی این میدان  را ملاحظه می فرمایید . با توجه به اینکه ویدیو به زبان انگلیسی می باشد . متن انگلیسی مکالمات به جهت سهولت عزیزان در زیر درج شده است.

 The small town of Pori. On the East Coast of Finland is the birth place of Lucius, the largest truss spar yet to be built by the Anadarko Petroleum Corporation.The spar is soon to embark on a 7,000 nautical mile, 25 day journey across the sea to the United States. The final destination for the spar from Pori is above the Lucius oil field in the Gulf of Mexico. Discovered in 2009, Lucius is part of the Keathley Canyon block that lies about 340 miles southeast of Corpus Christi. Anadarko is the operator of the field, with a 24% share, and has five co-ventures. These sands here. The reservoir is estimated to contain more than 300 million barrels of recoverable oil. At Lucius, we are blessed with world class reservoir. It’s over 500 feet thick, which is thicker than the Anadarko tower is taller, and it just really has excellent reservoir characteristics. Pretty unique trap here. We decided we were gonna name all of our prospects we were gonna bid on against Roman Emperors. The other thing exciting

The Lucius field will be developed by six sub sea producers that’ll be tied back to the Lucius the water depth of just over 7,000 feet made the selection of the spar design logical.

Really this is too deep for a tension lake platform so we really couldn’t use that, that was ruled out pretty early and it was really between a spar and a semi. The Spar design has evolved over three generations of spar technology in the last 20 years. And we have been the first user of all three generations of spar technology. The truss spar design has got great motion responses, good heave response, so it really makes our life easier when it comes to designing the riser systems. It’s a preferred solution for us. Control umbilical’s and flow lines from the spar will connect to production manifolds on the sea bed. The flow lines will carry oil and natural gas back up to the spar. Top science will contain processing Modules and accommodation blocks. Hundreds of miles of new oil and gas export pipelines will connect to existing infrastructure and bring the hydrocarbons ashore near Port Four chon. Project sanction was achieved in December 2011, but moving from design to reality was no walk in the park. Technique’s construction yard in Finland experiences temperatures of around -13 degrees Fahrenheit in winter. Yet this is one of the most efficient fabrication yards in the world.
Technip has had a long standing relationship with Anadarko, and I think through that relationship, and over many many years, we’ve proved that we can deliver. We found that productivity is exceptional. Their work is as good as I’ve seen anywhere and their quality is unequaled. The spar will support a complex topsides of production and accommodation modules. To transform the topsides design into reality will involve an intricate web of contractors. The main deck is fabricated in San Patricio County, Texas. The accommodation block in Orange County, Texas. And the compressors at home of Louisiana. Just over a year since fabrication started And Lucius Spar is ready for its 25 day journey to the other side of the world. When our children get married, so then this is like the same. They are leaving. Flying away. In the Gulf, preparations are being made to receive the spar. This is a complex piece of equipment. We are in 7000 feet of water right now and these will be installed into the seabed. Nine piles are being installed to anchor the spar. Almost as the last of the nine piles is sunk into sea bed, The Mighty Servant appears on the horizon off the Texas Coast. We’ve done a year of planning in preparation for the spar. And its nice Nice to see it finally arrived from Finland. The spar makes a triumphal entrance at Ingle side. The yard responsible for building the topsides. After traveling 7,700 nautical miles. We’ll move it to D pit. We’ll submerge the ship Yep. We’ll float the spar off, and then the ship will leave. We’ll rotate the spar, and then prepare it for wet tow. Crowds gather on the shore to witness a remarkable sight. The 25 thousand ton Lucius Spar edges into La Quinta Channel at the start of its 300 mile journey to its moorings. Once on site, the keo or soft tank of the spar is flooded to slowly bring the spar upright. In Louisiana the pipe is spooled, ready for installation At the Spar, installation of the flow line starts. The Spar is almost ready to receive the top sign the 10,000 ton main deck over 1,000 tons of compressors.
And the 750 ton living quarters. The top sides disappear into the early morning mist to reappear on the horizon 300 miles away. This is the test of just how well the international and U.S. teams have collaborated. The team performed flawlessly to get the top side to install without any safety instances or issues. All different nationalities, all come together. And I mean, it’s crazy to see how well everybody works together to make it happen. But the real test is yet to come before the first oil, there is commissioning. And so, these guys are basically taking the systems, they’re testing them, and they’re slowly turning over systems to operations as they prepare for the startup date. Lucius itself is made up of around 210 different systems, and right now we’ve commissioned the majority of them. You gotta make sure you got everybody in line to take care of the day to day activities. And once again we always stress safety and
Safety first. We’ve got over 500 people here so they have no option to bring along our full to accommodate that so that all the work can be done. With the system passing with flying colors, the day for Lucius to grow up and become a productive part of society has arrived. Lucius Team has done an amazing job to get us this far down the road. We strive every day to make sure that everybody goes home safely. We were able to accomplish that. When you stop and think about what it takes to get there, 10 million man hours, over three years of development, over a million hours off shore. 40,000 tons of steel moving 240 miles off the Gulf. First of all, it’s always special, regardless it’s how many times you get to celebrate. That first productions really just the start of the great life cycle of the Lucius field. It’s not only getting to see it from the beginning all the way to the end. But the relationships and the friends that we’ve made along the way, and all the people that we’ve touched, I couldn’t be more proud to be part of it.
